2. Ordering and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Economy Cap and Gown. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs when the order is processed and shipped.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise approved in writing. We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors. Economy Cap and Gown does not store full payment card information.

Schools, school districts, and approved organizations may submit purchase orders for payment, subject to review and acceptance by Economy Cap and Gown.

We reserve the right to reject any purchase order at our sole discretion and may require full or partial payment upfront prior to processing or shipping an order. Acceptance of a purchase order does not guarantee fulfillment until the order has been approved and processed by our team.

In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and will notify you accordingly.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on order size, destination, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or supply chain disruptions.

Economy Cap and Gown is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier.

5. Bulk, School, and Custom Orders

Orders placed on behalf of schools, organizations, or groups may involve special pricing, timelines, or fulfillment processes. Any agreed-upon terms for bulk or custom orders will be communicated separately and may not be eligible for standard return or cancellation policies.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the seasonal and event-based nature of graduation apparel, returns and exchanges may be limited.

Eligibility for returns or exchanges is subject to our Return Policy, posted separately on our website.
Custom, personalized, bulk, or school-specific orders may be non-refundable.
Orders may not be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing order details carefully before submission.
