    Return Conditions

    • No returns for 1-set orders after May 1st.
    • Only unused items may be returned.
    • Custom items are non-refundable (Hoods, Stoles, Diplomas, Covers, Gowns).

    Refunds

    • Refunds issued within 7 business days of receipt & inspection.

    Yes, we accept purchase orders from schools and organizations. A copy of the purchase order must be submitted before we begin processing on your order. Payment is then due within 15 days of order delivery.

    You are absolutely welcome to place an order with us. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee our gown colors will match those from another company. Our gowns feature unique shades that may differ from other vendors' products.
